Kellyn Handforth
Kellyn is a freelance yoga instructor (RYT-200) who first fell in love with Ashtanga yoga, practicing under Bobbi Misiti in 2009. She continued her study of yoga theory and practice with Alison Donley at West Chester University, and completed her teacher training in 2018 at The Light Within studio in West Grove, PA. Kellyn has tried various styles of yoga over the years including Ashtanga, Bikram, Baptiste, Kundalini, and Kripalu, all of which inform her own personal practice today. Kellyn has witnessed the transformative power of Yoga in her own life, and wants to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. She believes that yoga is for Every Body. True yoga is a state of consciousness – it’s not about bending into a pose. As long as you can breathe, you can do Yoga!
Kellyn is the owner of Happy Light Yoga (currently an all-online yoga studio), and teaches at different studios in Chester County including Evolve Yoga Company in Downingtown, and Ignite Fitness Studio in Glenmoore.
