Join us for our FINAL regular meeting of 2019, as we hear from Nance McCown, PhD, Professor of Communication at Messiah College, about how leadership, culture and internal communications come together to affect employee engagement.
The presentation will include tips for helping leadership understand how changes in these areas can foster greater employee engagement, strengthen leader-employee relationships, and ultimately impact productivity and the bottom line. Nance will draw from examples from various organizations – including large corporations, non-profits, and emerging brands – sharing findings from her own research, and that of other professionals.
